It's almost like egg rolls but it's so just more simple!

*NOTE*We as Asian people rarely use measuring cups, we kind of just eye ball the ingredients)

-Big bowl to place all ingredients in

-Ground pork(Now this depends if you have a small group to feed then 2 lbs is okay..if you have a big group 4lbs would be good)

-Hand full Cilantro&Green onions(diced)This is about 1/2 cup of each

-Bag of Shrimp(if group size is smaller 1 bag is enough, if the group is bigger, go with 2 bags)

-2 Egg Roll Wrap packs-smaller group..bigger group double it.(You can find these at Asian stores)

-2 tbs of salt

-1 Egg(ONLY THE EGG WHITE)
